Job Description

Position Overview
As International Marketing Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in social media campaign, performance marketing channels, and marketing strategies for our global train ticket business while supporting broader marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible:
Social Media Marketing Participation
• Assist in developing and executing organic social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) to promote train ticket deals and travel inspiration
• Support influencer/KOL collaborations and user-generated content campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
Marketing Campaign Support
• Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns combining paid, owned and earned media
• Assist in developing promotional content for social ads, display banners, and SEM copy
• Help develop audience targeting strategies based on user behavior insights.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Pull and analyze advertising performance data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.
• Prepare weekly performance dashboards and campaign post-mortems
• Conduct competitive analysis of industry advertising trends


Internship Requirements

We expect you:
1. excellent project management ability, strong execution, sense of responsibility, can promote the implementation of the project and landing;
2. excellent business data analysis ability, know to speak with data;
3. good expression skills, willing and good at external communication;
4. No matter what your major is, we need you to have enough love for travel.
5. Foreign language ability: English listening, speaking, reading and writing proficiency, can be used as a working language. Overseas study life experience is preferred, familiar with overseas cultural environment is preferred.
