Job Description
About the role:
In this role, you will be part of our Paper R&D team in Asia Symbol Guangdong, a member Company of RGE Group in China. You will be working in one of our best equipped R&D laboratory responsible for the innovation and development of the highest quality premium paper.
What You'll Do:
• Collaborate with top universities under our Institute University Research (IUR) initiative on sustainable packaging, regional paper making industry structure research;
• Participate in product development process to meet customer’ needs and product specification (focus on overseas clients)
• Involve in standardized mill operation, quality management of products and attending to after-sales feedback from customers
• Prepare and optimize paper making process to increase product quality and reduce cost;
• Prepare and optimize pulp & chemicals quality Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to detect and control raw material quality;

工作内容:
• 参与产学研合作项目：与国内顶尖院校合作开展 “千亿产值基地调研”“无塑包装”研究合作项目；
• 参与产品开发过程以满足客户需求和产品规格（专注于海外客户）
• 参与工厂标准化运营、产品质量管理并关注客户售后反馈
• 制定及优化浆料和化学品质量标准，检测来料质量；
• 制定、优化工艺，提升质量，降低成本；

Internship Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Singapore citizens with current enrolment in an undergraduate course majoring in Chemical Engineering or related fields;
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese;
• Excellent learning & communications skills, strong team spirit;
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, adaptable to change.
