Job Description

*This position is opening throughout the year.

1. Assist in designing and managing product forms and iterations, such as the message center and C-end customer service system (IM);
2. Assist in improving the internal real-time communication IM framework, follow up the latest developments in the industry, and help the company's customer service system to be fully upgraded;
3. Understand and explore the needs of business lines, lead the formulation of product plans, write PRDs, and be responsible for cooperating with business, technology, design and other teams to quickly implement.


Internship Requirements

1. English can be used as a working language to understand the needs and psychology of local users;
2. Have strong local user demand judgment, guidance and control capabilities; have structured thinking, and have strong business abstraction capabilities;
3. Strong learning ability, no boundaries, willing to learn and accept new knowledge;
4. Possess project management experience, have strong execution ability, and be able to promote the project to go online on time;
5. The duration of internship will be no less than 3 months.
