Job Description
You will be responsible for:
1.Event Operations: Develop event operation plans for vertical industries, execute and coordinate resources, monitor all operational aspects, and achieve expected goals and outcomes.
2.User Growth: Drive user growth and retention through high-quality content production, event operations, and continuous innovation.
3.Content Operations: Oversee content planning, production, course content creation, editing, and publishing.
4.Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational data, proposing optimization and iteration strategies.
5.Process Improvement: Streamline content operation workflows to enhance efficiency.
6.Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with business and project teams to drive the implementation and effectiveness of operational initiatives, improving team collaboration efficiency horizontally.
Internship Requirements
We expect you to:
1.Possess product thinking, strong logical reasoning, and the ability to deliver interaction outputs, enabling efficient communication with product, design, and development teams.
2.Have keen market sensitivity and insight.
3.Demonstrate strong cross-departmental collaboration and teamwork skills, with a self-driven attitude.
4.Be proficient in both English and Chinese (HSK 5 or above)as working languages.
