Job Description

*This position is opening throughout the year.

1. Assist in improving the process experience and interface usability of Trip.com products;
2. Assisted in following up the design scheme, cooperated with the upstream and downstream, got an in-depth understanding of the business, cooperated with the PM and dev team to ensure the realization of the design effect;
3. Pay attention to the experience and effect of products, proactively discover experience problems and initiate optimization proposals to continuously improve experience;
4. Have an understanding of interaction design that can be used to draw lessons from projects;
5. Actively cooperate with the team, complete the design task, modify and confirm with high quality on time, and finish the work given by the superior efficiently and on time, as well as other temporary works;


Internship Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer science, psychology, digital media, industrial design background is preferred;
2. Excellent logical thinking and analytical ability, able to accurately locate experience problems in products, good at summarizing and sorting out, and useful research ability is a bonus;
3. Good cooperation attitude, development mentality and team spirit, passion, creativity and sense of responsibility; good communication skills, attention to details and strong learning ability;
4. Have rigorous critical thinking and innovative ability, have systematic thinking, and the ability to quantify user experience and analyze data will be added;
5. Proficient in using various design software;
6. Ensure that the attendance is no less than 3 days per week, the duration of internship will be no less than 3 months.
