Job Description

*This position is opening throughout the year.

1. Assist in the implementation and in-depth application of related NLP algorithms in text and voice intelligent customer service, such as deep semantic matching, intent recognition, information extraction, voice algorithms, recommendations, etc.;
2. Assist in the intelligent transformation of the customer service system to improve the operating efficiency of the system;
3. Participate in the exploration of new AI technologies and the implementation of solutions.


Internship Requirements

1. Computer, automation, pattern recognition, mathematics and other computing technology-related majors, experience in related positions is a plus;
2. Understand the basic principles of natural language processing, such as word segmentation, part-of-speech recognition, syntactic analysis, language model, text classification, clustering, topic extraction, etc.;
3. Proficient in natural language processing related toolkits, relevant practical experience is a plus;
4. Strong learning ability and self-driving awareness;
5. The duration of internship will be no less than 3 months.
