Job Description
About the role:
In this role, you will be part of the E-commerce team in Asia-Pacific Personal Care (APC), a member Company of RGE Group in China. You will be working in one of our most established FMCG commercial operation responsible for devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales of RGE FMCG products.
What You'll Do:
• Analyze sales trends, identify product opportunities, and offerings which will impact the business and provide results;
• Monitor websites to ensure proper functionality of links/pages;
• Analyze historical selling data and study competitor channels;
• Social media (Tik-Tok and Kuaishou) video planning and production;
• Sales volume monitoring and promotions’ effectiveness tracking.
How You'll Grow:
• Exposure to China’s fast growing E-commerce industry and gain experience of Internet of Things (IoT);
• Build network with the top brands in mainstream China E-commerce platforms, such as Alibaba, JD, PDD etc;
• Receive coaching and on the job training from senior team members during your internship stint.

• 市场趋势分析：参与销售趋势分析，提升产品机会及销售转化；
• 电商平台运维：平台店铺装修维护，产品上下架，整理数据等；
• 销售数据分析：店铺数据整理分析，竞品大盘数据及案例分析；
• 社交媒体推广：主流平台短视频内容选题、剪辑、包装，平台逻辑研究；
• 销售数据管理：订单及数据核对，销量及渠道有效性分析。

• 有机会了解中国发展一日千里的电商行业，获得物联网相关的工作经验；
• 与中国主流电商平台建立联系，如阿里巴巴、京东、拼多多等；
• 在实习期间接受团队高级成员的指导和在职培训。
Internship Requirements
• Singapore citizens with current enrolment in an undergraduate course majoring in E-commerce, marketing and related majors;
• Well accustomed with social media platforms and e-commerce trends;
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese;
• Outgoing, creative and strong communication skills;
• Agile learner and adaptable to change.

• 具备较好的沟通能力及创意能力，性格开朗，善于沟通；
