Job Description

1. Prepare all food for breakfast, lunch and dinners maintain food quality and service in accordance with standardized company recipes procedures.
2. Fill in all record as steak charts, roast meat charts, production charts, etc.
3. Maintain good housekeeping practices in all week-in fridge, walk-in freezer, and dry goods storeroom.
4. Maintain proper pars, maintain top quality freshness.
5. Date and label all food items and rotate as per standard operating procedures.
6. Practice proper break-down and storage of all leftovers. All refrigerated food must be properly identify, covered, dated and chilled as soon as possible.
7. Begin advance preparation for next day and for the next shift.
8. Properly portion all items on your assigned station.
9. Control food waste and loss. Assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems.
10. Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
11. Attend all associates meeting and training.
12. Assist in buffet tables set up or broken down for all meal periods.
13. Know job description of subordinates.
14. Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by Management which the associate is capable of performing.
15. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

9. 控制食物浪费和损失。协助制定计划和行动以纠正任何食品成本问题。
10. 保持工作区域干净有序。
11. 参加所有员工会议和培训。
12. 协助设置或分解所有用餐时段的自助餐桌。
13. 了解下属的职位描述。
14. 每位员工都应执行管理层能够执行的所有合理要求。
15. 可能不时分配的任何其他职责。
