岗位描述
Be trained and skilled before working independently
1. Responsible for the reception of consulting customers or customers who come to the enterprise to send vehicles for repair, and earnestly inquire the purpose and requirements of customers;
2. Responsible for cooperating with technical personnel to diagnose the technology of vehicles sent for repair, and determine the maintenance content and approximate time;
3. Responsible for the maintenance quotation, determine the customer's in-plant maintenance time and scheduled maintenance costs;
4. Responsible for handling vehicle delivery procedures with customers and workshop maintenance personnel;
5. Responsible for daily progress supervision of maintenance business.
任职要求
1. Careful, patient, good professional ethics, warm service attitude;
2. Like to communicate with others, good at communication, earnest and practical;
3. Having a driver's license and being able to drive is a plus
