岗位描述

*This position is opening throughout the year.

1. Help the Business Learning team to improve the training system for the international hotel business development team based on industry outlook and business needs analysis;
2. Collaborate with other team members across the company (Product, R&D, Operations, etc.) to develop and implement plans for increasing employee success through the use of e-Learning courses/programs;
3. Assist to identify and analyze training demands of international hotel business teams; plan, coordinate, develop, and implement training projects, be result-oriented, track and review the progress periodically, and follow up with optimization iterations;
4. Support to improve training courses and materials, and effectively extract the best practices, methodologies, tools, and cases based on the business needs;
5. Editing and proofreading the learning materials to help ensure error-free content;
6. Coordinate and support trainers for online workshops and lectures, and help to evaluate the training effectiveness;
7. Using newsletter designing/video authoring tools to create attractive, yet impactful posters/videos.


任职要求

1. High proficiency in English and Mandarin;
2. Able to attend work 5 days/week, and have internship for 6 months;
3. Quick learner with excellent communication and presentation skills;
4. Logical thinking, collecting and processing the information effectively while integrating resources;
5. Demonstrate strong adaptability and resilience under pressure; motivated, results-focused, and optimistic;
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Video/newsletter designing tools ((PS, Adobe Premier, Office).
