- Complete investment and financing analysis.
- Prepare feasibility reports (economic evaluation
reports).
- Enhance data analysis, communication and
coordination, and reporting skills through the
completion of investment and financing
assessments and feasibility report preparation.
- Engineering: Engineering cost, project
management, civil engineering, installation
engineering, road and bridge engineering, etc.
- Candidates with a background in engineering
economics or project management will be
preferred.
- Economics and Management: Economics (such
as industrial economics, regional economics,
econometrics, etc.), management science and
engineering, public administration, technological
economics and management, etc.
任职要求
- Language Requirements: Good English and
Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing
skills
- Basic Skills: Proficient in using Office software
(PPT creation, Excel data analysis, Word report
writing); skilled in industry research methods,
able to complete data collection, organization,
analysis, and report writing.
- Logical and Writing Skills: Strong logical analysis
ability, capable of writing research reports,
consulting proposals, meeting minutes, and
other documents
- Communication and Coordination Skills: Assist
in project research, meeting organization, and
cross departmental collaboration.
- Pressure Handling and Learning Ability: Able to
adapt to project timelines, quickly learn new
field knowledge.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiar with construction cost
software (e.g., Glodon), engineering drawing
tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
