Job Description:
This intern reports to the General Manager. Essential duties and responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
 Continuous improvement project:
 Support the financial operations in relation with the remote team in France and Suzhou and the local service providers. Draft the company internal procedures related to finance, purchase and facility management.
 Monthly Billing check for vendors; Application and payment for office supplies, express, rental, etc.
 To fulfil the assistant functions and to handle the common administrative tasks
 Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk;
 To receive visitors in proper manner;
 Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
 To be in charge of translation of mails or documents
 Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:
 Education: Accounting/Finance majors preferred.
 Computer Skills: Standard computer skills: experience in Excel, Word, and PPT.
 Good English and Chinese communication skills. French is a plus;
 Other Skills: Open and proactive, rigorous and logical, result-oriented.
 Good capability of reporting and well organized;
 Having a sense of team spirit and service to employees and customers;
 Self-motivated, patient and professional, attention to details.

Contract length: >=6 months
