【This position is opening to all qualified Singaporean youths throughout the year】
【Internship duration: 3 - 6 months】
1. Design and implement reporting dashboards to track SLA efficiently.
2. Identify manual tasks and automate it with RPA tools.
3. Work on real-time data and streaming applications using Kafka, Flink, Impala.
4. Develop AI model, such as AML, Chatbot.
5. Collecting, analyzing, and storing data for use in reports.
6. Document all processes in reference manuals for training and guidance.
任职要求
1. Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related area.
2. Strong interest in data visualization and willing to learn analytical tools such as Power BI.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
4. Good or willing to learn Excel skills such as VBA, Macros, Vlookup.
5. Have experience on SQL is preferred.
