岗位描述
1. Collect feedback and understanding the operation processes and workflow to identify issues and proposed innovative solutions.
2. Assist Head of Innovation in to framing and crafting the innovation initiatives/project including but not limited to briefs, progress reports, etc. for each new innovation to be tested and/or deployed.
3. Scoping and managing innovation projects for feasibility of solutions/products to enhance operations efficiency and productivity.
4. Deployment, implementation and project management of various solutions including trainings to stakeholders.

• Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Words)
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and excellent team player
• Organize at work and have an eye for detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of statutory regulations

Founded in 1955 by the late Mr Yap Chwee Hock, YCH began as a modest passenger transportation company. However, in the 1970s, the family business lost its main contract.
