1. Plan and execute servicing and maintenance of the ASRS installation in respect of the PLC controls and crane & conveyor system
2. Responsible for operating and maintenance of the ASRS equipment.
3. Resolve technical problem related to the PLC controls, sensors and conveyor systems and mechanical and/or electrical installation.
4. Trouble shoot and repair the material handling equipment
5. Assist on improvement and upgrading of the ASRS equipments.
6. Liaises closely with other department on work schedule, especially operation department.
7. Keep record of maintenance, repairs, uptime/downtime and spare part list and inventory of spare part.
8. Perform Job related duties as when requested by superior
9. Assist on monthly and quarterly maintenance with our staff and with contract staff respectively.
10. Trouble shoot and up the machine with in stipulated time frame and continuous running of the operation.
11. Report any fault that not solved and work closely with contractor complete the job with in response time.
12. Track the spare inventory and update daily use of spare part and report to superior to order spare in case spare part went to minimum level.
13. Regularly house keep below the conveyor, cranes, workshop, and other work area.
14. Update fault massages in the logbook for calculating the uptime of the system.
15. Follow in-house safety procedure during maintenance.
16. Receive operation calls and answer responsibly. Follow up and close the operation calls both ASRS and Equipment handling.
17. Documenting all the maintenance procedures, checklist, DO and etc.,
18. Standby in case of emergency breakdown, and also need to work on any time as superior need support.
19. Responsible for shift operation and update in case major breakdowns or any kind of malfunction.
