Job Description

*This position is opening throughout the year.

1. Assist global corporate development activities, including but not limited to global partnership, investment, acquisition and post-investment monitoring;
2. Facilitate the communication between headquarter and overseas partners to advance the localization of technology, service, supply chain, marketing and sales;
3. Conduct research and analysis on global value chain partner and target market;
4. Bring financial analysis and modeling for potential investees and acquires;
5. Support the full investment cycle as project coordinator, translator and modeler;
6. Administrative assistance to the corporate development team;
7. Other Ad-hoc tacks assigned from time to time.

Internship Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Semi-native or advanced business English is a must, any additional Asian or European language would be a plus;
3. Strong working knowledge in financial & accounting and modeling skill;
4. Logical, analytical and critical thinking;
5. Well-organized and strong attention to details;
6. Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize;
7. The duration of the internship will be no less than three months.
