Analyse cross border performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures
Monitor operational KPIs and identify pain points for sellers and buyers, providing recommendations on areas of improvement
Work with internal teams (e.g. BD, Marketing etc) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross-border sellers and products
Coordinate cross-border campaigns
Liaise closely with Key Account Managers to onboard new sellers and obtain sellers’ feedback
Send out daily status updates to the team on performance and upcoming activities
Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
Strong oral and written communication skill
Creative and innovative approach to solving problems
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
Strong proficiency in Excel is a must
